The application process is easy and can all be completed online, or in person if you are local. First, you will fill out the application form on our website and one out coliving expert will be in touch with you. or you can schedule a call with us. Then if you are local to the area, you are more then welcome to drop by for a visit, or if you ‘re remote we can tour with you virtually. Meanwhile, you can reserve the suite when we conduct a background check and if everything works out. you may pay and sign your membership agreement.

typically our coliving apartment with a bathroom is shared between 2 to 3 members . alternatively you can sign up for a studio/ensuite unit it will come with a private bathroom. all our shared home have weekly cleaning and household supplies included in the membership fee. so even when you share a bathroom with other flatmate, you dont have to stress over whose turn is it to clean or buy the loo roll.

while we love animals, we only allow pets at our micro unit (1bedroom apt ) and some coliving apt. however guide dogs may allowed for member with a qualified disability.
