Every home comes with free on site laundry, and all of the supplies you’ll need for it, from biodegradable detergent to laundry basket.

Property Maintenance

You don’t have to worry charging your light bulb anymore! Our property maintenance staffs makes sure our homes are in best shape, and respond to all maintenance requests within a day.

Weekly Housekeeping

Weekly House Keeping: our professional team come in once a week. to water the plants; wash your bedding, cleans the shared spaces, including living rooms, kitchens and shared bathrooms.

Transfers

If you wish to transfer to another suite or home within the Commune Share Community. simply give in a request.

Our Why

Commune shared Living Offer a wide rage of unit for variety needs and budget, from coliving apt to micro unit ( 1-2 bedroom apt) & studio. whatever your option is it will be the most convenient way to live in a city!
Our members also enjoy weekly cleaning of the communal area & free high speed Wifi, utilities, household essentials such as cookware and cleaning supplies, a private furnished bedroom, and a designer furnished home. well as free access to member-only events. on demand property management via email (whatsapp ), on site laundry, and other perk and discount with local brand.
The application process is easy and can all be completed online, or in person if you are local. First, you will fill out the application form on our website and one out coliving expert will be in touch with you. or you can schedule a call with us. Then if you are local to the area, you are more then welcome to drop by for a visit, or if you ‘re remote we can tour with you virtually. Meanwhile, you can reserve the suite when we conduct a background check and if everything works out. you may pay and sign your membership agreement.
typically our coliving apartment with a bathroom is shared between 2 to 3 members . alternatively you can sign up for a studio/ensuite unit it will come with a private bathroom. all our shared home have weekly cleaning and household supplies included in the membership fee. so even when you share a bathroom with other flatmate, you dont have to stress over whose turn is it to clean or buy the loo roll.
Yes we would love to have you! Studio/ En suite unit / Master / Large deluxe are perfect for couples. those log offer a queen size bed.
while we love animals, we only allow pets at our micro unit (1bedroom apt ) and some coliving apt. however guide dogs may allowed for member with a qualified disability.
